HONNEUR Return and Refund Policy and Process
I. Return and Refund Conditions
1. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you must contact us within 7 days after signing for the product to apply for a refund.
2. Please provide the order number and product number when applying so that we can process it quickly.
3. When returning and refunding, please provide clear product photos and videos and state the reason for the return and refund.
II. Refund Process
1. After receiving your application, we will inform the customer service of the specific return method and estimated refund amount.
2. Packaging and accessory requirements:
1. The product must be kept in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as when it was received;
2. It is prohibited to remove the product label;
3. The product itself, all accessories/gifts (if any), original packaging, original documents, and invoices (if any) must be returned at the same time.
4. If the product, accessories, labels, documents or gifts are missing or do not meet the requirements, HONNEUR has the right to refuse to accept and refuse to refund.
3. After we check and confirm that the returned goods meet the following conditions, the refund will be completed within 14 working days of receipt of the returned goods.
III. Refund Time
1. Refund period: After HONNEUR officially agrees to the return, a full refund will be made through the original payment method within 14 working days of receipt of the returned goods (if the goods are complete and meet the return conditions).
2. Payment method: The refund will be returned according to the original transaction payment path (such as bank card, third-party payment platform, etc.). Due to differences in bank or third-party processing procedures, there may be a delay in the arrival time. HONNEUR has the right to temporarily withhold the refund before confirming receipt of the return.
IV. Special circumstances where refunds are not granted
The following circumstances are not covered by the warranty and refunds will not be granted:
1. Man-made damage: product failure or damage caused by improper use or external force;
2. Natural wear and tear: normal wear and tear caused by long-term use, and the loss of consumables;
3. Environmental factors: damage caused by contact with rain, sea water or strong irritating detergents (such as bleach);
4. Improper operation: damage caused by failure to use the product in accordance with the product manual;
5. Special offer/gift: special offer products for specific activities or products clearly marked as "gifts";
6. Missing vouchers: unable to provide valid proof of purchase (such as order screenshots, invoices, etc.);
7. Unable to provide original product packaging: unable to follow the original packaging of the product, resulting in the inability to resell the product.
